Before & after

Drag it. That's the whole job.

Same room, same camera position. On the left, the day of the loss. On the right, the day we hand the keys back.

The same living room fully restored — new drywall, clean floors, natural light

How we know it's actually dry

“Dry” is a number,
not an opinion.

Anyone can point a fan at a wet floor. The difference is measurement — moisture content logged daily in every affected material until it hits the documented dry standard for that material.

That log is what proves the job was completed correctly, and it is exactly what your adjuster wants to see attached to the claim.

Illustrative drying curve. Real readings vary with material, category and ambient conditions.

Services

Four things, done properly.

What Mr. Restoration handles, and what each actually involves on your property.

Water Damage

Burst pipes, failed supply lines, roof and slab leaks — extracted, dried and metered to a documented standard.

  • Emergency extraction
  • Structural drying with daily readings
  • Antimicrobial treatment
  • Flood cuts & drywall replacement

Fire & Smoke

Soot is acidic and etches surfaces permanently within days. We stabilise fast, then clean, deodorize and rebuild.

  • Soot & residue removal
  • Odour neutralised, not masked
  • Contents pack-out & cleaning
  • Structural repair

Mold Assessment

Mold is a symptom. We find the moisture source feeding it, then scope remediation around the cause.

  • Moisture mapping
  • Assessment & documentation
  • Containment & HEPA filtration
  • Source repair guidance

Insurance Support

The part most people dread. We document, estimate, and talk to your adjuster directly.

  • Photo & moisture documentation
  • Estimates in carrier format
  • Direct adjuster communication
  • Coverage review

The claim

What to do in the first hour — before you call the insurer.

Most claims get reduced for one reason: the damage wasn't documented before it was disturbed. Here's the order that protects you.

Stop the source

Shut off the water, or wait for the fire department to clear the structure. Safety before property, always.

Photograph everything

Before you move a single item. Wide shots of each room, then close-ups. Timestamps matter.

Don't throw anything out

Damaged contents are evidence. Your adjuster may need to see them before they're disposed of.

Call us, then them

We can be documenting and mitigating while your claim is opened. Delayed mitigation is itself a reason claims get reduced.

Step 01

You call

Tell us what happened and where. We confirm a response time for your address and tell you exactly what to do — and what not to touch — until we arrive.

Step 02

Assess & document

Moisture mapping, thermal imaging, photographs of every affected area. This is the record your claim gets built on, so it happens before anything moves.

Step 03

Make safe & extract

Standing water out, hazards isolated, contents protected or packed out. Containment goes up where contamination or soot is involved.

Step 04

Dry & treat

Equipment sized to the space, with daily metered readings until materials hit a documented dry standard. Antimicrobial where warranted.

Step 05

Clean & deodorize

Soot and residue removed surface by surface. Odour neutralised at the source rather than covered — if you can still smell it, we're not finished.

Step 06

Rebuild & hand back

Drywall, paint, flooring and trim, put back the way it was. Final walkthrough with you, and the documentation package to your adjuster.
