Burst pipes, failed supply lines, roof leaks and slab leaks — extracted, dried and monitored to a documented dry standard.
Soot is acidic and starts etching surfaces within days. We stabilise fast, then clean, deodorize and rebuild.
Mold is a symptom. We find the moisture source that is feeding it, then scope the remediation properly.
The part most people dread. We document the damage, provide estimates, and communicate with your adjuster directly.
A damage classifier that runs entirely inside your browser. It reads your description, works out what you're dealing with, how urgent it is, and exactly what to do in the next hour — before anyone even picks up the phone.
Drop in a picture of the damage. The scanner reads the actual pixels — luminance, colour saturation, hue distribution and Sobel edge density — to detect soot, moisture and microbial signatures, then maps where the damage is concentrated. Your photo never leaves your device.

How it goes
Tell us what happened and where. We confirm a response time for your address and tell you exactly what to do — and what not to touch — until we arrive.
Moisture mapping, thermal imaging, photographs of every affected area. This is the record your claim gets built on, so it gets done thoroughly before anything moves.
Standing water out, hazards isolated, contents protected or packed out. Containment goes up where contamination or soot is involved.
Air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space, with daily metered readings until materials hit a documented dry standard. Antimicrobial where it's warranted.
Soot and residue removed surface by surface. Odour is neutralised at the source rather than covered — if you can still smell it, we're not finished.
Drywall, paint, flooring, trim — put back the way it was. Final walkthrough with you, and the full documentation package to your adjuster.
